Rebuilding Credit After Bankruptcy in Minneapolis

For most clients rebuilding credit after bankruptcy in Minneapolis can be successfully accomplished, and a lot sooner then you may think.

Click here for a packet I have put together for clients about Rebuilding Credit After Bankruptcy.

This packet of information covers a lot of information about rebuilding credit. Most clients rebuild credit by getting a secured credit card shortly after their case is completed. Make a small charge every month, and pay off that small charge every month.

If you have non-dischargeable debt such as student loans, those creditors will continue to report to the credit bureaus.

You have the right to get a FREE copy of your credit report once a year,  from each of the three major credit bureaus – Equifax, Experian and Transunion.

You can get those free reports at annualcreditreport.com

I recommend rotating among the three credit bureaus, pulling one report every 4 months, that way you will be pulling regular updates and can watch your progress as you rebuild your credit.

I am recognized as a debt relief agency, and provide bankruptcy relief using the laws of the State of Minnesota and the United States Bankruptcy Code.

Together we can get you back in charge of your finances.
